I can't believe it! I did exactly the same( installed roxio) and also have the same
problem with shutdown. I uninstalled roxio but still no proper shutdown. Also at
first, my d. drive was not recognised. Did you by any chance install the platinum
version, if so it has some serious flaws. Try installing the basic program, at least
your c.d writer will work. Will let you know if I find a solution, I'm trying hard!!!!Please
