Use NTAccess
The Windows XP version of NTAccess can be loaded directly from the bootable Windows
XP Setup CD-ROM. If needed, it can still be used with boot disks (software to create
the boot disks can be downloaded from Microsoft). So you either need the bootable
Windows XP Setup CD-ROM or the Windows XP boot disks.
Then you have to copy a few NTAccess files to an empty disks.
Now you can boot with the Windows XP Setup CD-ROM (or disks), load NTAccess from
the disk and replace the password of the administrator account of any Windows XP/2000
System on the machine.
