Try running the network setup wizard included with Win XP. StartMenu/Accesories/Communications/ During the wizard it will ask you how the computer connects to the internet, and at the end will let you make a disk. Use this disk on the other computer you want to set up ICS for. Sometimes you will have to enable DHCP manually for the process to work. This option should be in you TCP/IP settings.
