Sunday, March 3, 2002 at 2:10 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Don Stein (2 messages posted) I have a question about How do I turn off the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer as my default image viewer?: After opening Windows Picture and Fax Viewer in WinXP, and clicking on the icon second from the right (close program and open the image for editing), the program opens MSpaint. This is not too good for editing. I would rather use photo deluxe HE. Does anyone know how to tweak the registry to get PD3 to open instead of mspaint? Thanks.
