The $WIN_NT$.~LS and $WIN_NT$.~BT directories are the temporary directories windows
installed to your harddrive prior to installation. These or your CD is corrupt.
This could have occured due to bad ram, bad blocks on the harddrive or read errors
on the CD-ROM. Try reformatting with the /u switch to locate bad blocks. Take out
any thing you don't need right away. Just leave the CD-ROM, 1 stick of RAM, Vidcard,
etc -- you get the picture, and reinstall. You can add the cards after the OS is
installed. You might also want to run Memtest86 to verify your RAM. Also initially
set your RAM timings to non-aggressive settings in the BIOS during the installation.
