The tweaking tool that you want is X-teq X-set-up. This tool has numerous wizards and setting for ALL flavors of windows. I first started using it with Windows 98 and followed the progression to Windows XP. There are continous additions to the program by bored geeks, who prove that there is no such thing as too many tweaks.
