Your problem here seems to be ip addresses.
make sure only one of the hosts has 192.168.0.1
if you have internet connection sharing on your system, that host must be set to
192.168.0.1.
xp comes with ics already installed, and defaults to 192.168.0.1. it has to be configured
to know what other pc hosts ics.
