Folder default action

I added a custom action (prompt here) to a file folder in Windows XP. Now, for some reason, the default action when I double click on a folder is to "Search..." not "Open" the folder. I've tried setting the default action, but "Open" doesn't appear as an action to set the default to on a File Folder. Now, I have "Open" set as the default for a "Folder" type, but that doesn't seem to help. It's very frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. -Bob
