HC, Late last night, I managed to get that right click option to work, but only within Explorer. It still didn't help. All of the settings were correct within the browser, folder options, and registry, but Windows refused a response to them. Then I noticed that Explorer no longer displayed the contents of my C drive, ACDC had taken over without prompting. This convinced me that something more sinister was going on, so I backed up important files and ran GoBack to roll the system back. It refused to work. Then I used MS 'System Restore', and it rolled back far enough to revert to a time before whatever caused this corruption. What a relief to see my HTML files associated with my browser of choice again! Some solutions are not so easy to resolve through options, I've learned.
