Point taken, however there was another incident when GoBack worked when 'System Restore'
would not. GoBack might have come preinstalled on my system, and if not was part
of the software package that came with my system. Beforehand, I'd never heard of
it. Having had problems with 'System Restore' when using WinME, my opinion of it's
dependability was low.
I had to learn of GoBack's intrusive nature the hard way. I've learned how to prevent
GoBack from deleting files, knowing which one's are affected. I keep it around just
on the off chance that 'System Restore' fails.
In this particular incident, I had no faith in 'System Restore' since it failed to
work the last time I attempted to use it, which brought on deja vu of WinME past.
