I have a question about Why
are some entries missing from the Start Menu?:
There is no "settings" option in my start menu. I have windows xp . I am finding
my start menu is always in a state of flux and is changing everytime I go into it.
How am I suppose to keep track of my programs if they are moving around all the
time?
