When you try to shut down Windows XP, you may receive the following Stop error: Stop: OxOOOOOO7E (OxcOOOOOOO5, OxFC7F1945, OxFC9589BO, OxFC9586Bo) Kbdclass.sys- address Fc7F1945 base at FC7F1000, Datestamp 3b7d82f3 CAUSE This behavior can occur if the Logitech iTouch software version 1.5 or earlier is installed for Logitech keyboards, for example, the Cordless Freedom models. RESOLUTION To resolve this behavior, obtain the latest iTouch drivers from Logitech. Visit the following Logitech Web site: http://www.logitech.com Hope this resolves your situation.
