Hi,
For all PPPoE connections I recommend an MTU setting of 1460 or bellow.
The easiest way to set this on client machines on a network is to use a small utility
called DR TCP. This saves users from having to fumble around in the registry which
can be very dangerous!!!
Available for download here: ftp://ftp.wn.com.au/windows/dialup/DRTCP021.exe
Good luck.
