I am having this same problem with Windows XP Pro. I recently formated and since then MSN Messenger, Creative's AudioHQ, Intel Active Monitor, and a few other programs do not appear in the task bar after restarting. Also after reboot two programs appear in the task bar (ICQ and something else) and then after almost 2 minutes a few other programs appear. I've tried a number of ways to fix this. Any imput would be very helpful
