go to http://bome.com/Restorator/ to get a copy of restorator, its a resource hacker.
you can open up shell.dll from the system32 directory and there a re a lot of those
animations in the avi directory. this is the best program to do so, i blieve, because
you can view and edit many types of files resources and you dont need backup, just
save of the file your editing, and it creates a backup of the previous copy. sometimes
though if a file is being used you need to use a tool provided in the program to
save it and next time windows starts it automatically replaces the old file with
the new, its great check it!
