Open Norton and click on internet security. Go to personal firewall settings and make sure the slider is all the way to the bottom. Next click on internet access control and find all your applications that use the connection and make sure the ones you use are set to permit all. Lastly go to internet zone control and be sure if you have a fixed address for your broadband it is listed in the trusted sites. Hope this helps.vote if
