My thanks to Bob Carrick for taking the time to reply, but I have looked into your suggestions to no avail. I still have the same problem. If anyone has any other suggestions on how I can fix this please help me. Thanks all. P.S. Can I expect to encounter this level of difficulty everytime I try to actually DO something in XP Pro??
