If you don't tell them about all those crashes, how are they ever going to get them fixed? A little trivia for you about this feature: each crash report is uniquely identified by the application and how it died. MS looks at all these bugs and then fixes the ones that have crashed the most number of times. So if you want your annoying crash to get fixed faster, then you should always click the "Send" button.
