C'mon, I must've sent about 200 error reports, & Microsoft have sent "fixes" about
3 times, all directing me to a Windows XP fix site, while I'm running '98. I read
them & tried them anyway, with no difference whatsoever. If they can't even tell
from their report which of their OS's I'm using, how can you expect them to solve/fix
any of these bugs?!
