Define problems - it is very likely that you will have to reactivate (unless you
have Pro Corporate edtition). Also, it is possible that the motherboard and processor
will be different enough that your OS will not like to run as installed and may have
to be reinstalled. I personally would back up my data and plan on a full reinstall
just to make absolutely sure...
