it is real simple. i noticed my system running SUPER slow so i go to the windows
task manager to see what the matter is and i find that cpu usage is at 100%. after
a process of elimination i found that it is the spoolsv.exe file that is accounting
for all of it. i end it and the cpu usage goes to 0 or 1%. after a few minutes it
comes back on. it is always on! i have tried deleting it, incinerating it, installing
new drivers and setting up my print jobs to bypass the spooler and go straight to
the printer and every time i restart my computer the spoolsv.exe is back and the
cpu usage is at 100%. i am in great need of someone much much smarter than me to
help me solve this issue. please, help me oh great ones! i acknowledge my weakness
and beg for your mercy. thank you, in advance!
