I keep getting XP crashes (Upgrade from 98) on shutdown when running various programs,
(I have Roxio Easy CD Creator - and am aware of the past problems - but have updated
to the new version). Once the system has crashed, I get a startup message "config.sys
missing or corrupt" and cannot recover. I use "Go Back" to get the system up again.
But if I get this message, how can this file not be used?
