I have Windows XP and have the error 1919. I did as you said and looked at the event
viewer. It says that a component "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Common\Userdata"
does not exist and precedes the message with some long binary keys. I don't know
what to do, but it sounds like you know. Can you help me, and please don't assume
I know anything?
