I had similar problem and solved it using Microsoft Knowledge Base Article Q321379. The solution is to carry out a chnage in the Registry. Please back up the registry for safety. 1. Run regedit either in a dos shell or using the run command 2. Locate & click the Default value under the following registry key: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOR\dIRECTORY\shell 3. On the Edit Menu, click Modify 4. Type none & then click OK.
