What you have to do is go into the registry and go to EDIT on the menu bar. Then
go to FIND. Type in "Recycle Bin" in the search field and make sure all three registry
types are checked. Click on SEARCH and wait until you find a Recycle Bin. Change
only those values that match exactly. Keep hitting F3 until you have changed all
of the values. Close the registry and then click on the desktop (Make sure the outline
is around on of your icons) and then hit F5. All Done! P.S. Make sure you back
up the registry!!!
