A complete install won't fix the problem. It has to do with profiles. Look up "Default
User" on Microsoft's KB. You can create a new profile called "User" & give it admin
rights. Then open ALL the office programs you want to run & do all the necessary
settings to get them to open & close OK. Then you copy the "User" profile to the
"c:\documents and settings\default user" profile. Be sure to use the Profiles tab
in the System Properties. Any new user that logs in after that will be using all
the default user settings.
