If you really want to uninstall XP, take a win98/95/me boot disk and insert it in the drive. Boot to floppy, then type fdisk. enable large disk support (y)? delete active partitions (y)? remove logical dirves (y)? restart computer You have a bare drive.... Maxtor.com has maxblastII and it will create a great boot disk to reformat and partition you drive (its free!) just make sure that you have a System/boot disk for your new OS. You really should give XP a chance, unless you are running video on a Celeron, it is a stable decent OS. Just takes some getting used to. And this forum is a wealth of Information! Bikegod
