I just purchased my first Compaq laptop, and it is so frustrating waiting and waiting and waiting and... My system will also turn off in middle of working on it, and when I work in Works the insertion jumps all the time. For example, when I'm typing on line 10, the insertion point my jump to line 6. My store warranty is pass the 14 days, and the compaq guys doesn't know what the problem is...........THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!!! OVER $1300 IN FRUSTRATION!!!
