Hi,
I am doing the same thing & at least got the file transfer part to work. If you didn't
buy a cable that is specifically designed for connecting 2 PC's (like a laplink cable),
then you need to buy & use a "null modem" adapter (I got mine @ Radio Shack) to get
this to work ...
