You can't use a hub to distribute an IP to multiple computers, you need to use a
DSL/Cable router that implements network address translation. What that means is
your ISP gives you one IP address, say 157.209.72.202, and only one computer at a
time can use it.... while the cable router will instead assign each computer a private
IP, directing traffic through ports....
Anyway, get a cable switch.... they're only like $50 now.
