Msconfig has nothing in it about opening a folder. That will stop the things that
in the Run & Runonce areas of the Registry and in the other boot files, but this
is a result of a Window being "saved" so that it opens on any User that logs into
the computer every boot. I have already scoured the known places in the Registry,
tried Msconfig, checked computer management tools, played with the folder settings.
I just can't get this window to close.
