You can do one of two things....

1)  Go to Start, then Run and type "control userpasswords2".  In the user accounts 
window, select advanced.  Press advanced under "advanced user management" and select 
"users" in local users and groups.  Right click the username you want to change on 
the right (the one you log in with) and select properties.  Under general, check 
"password never expires" and click apply.

2)  This is easier.... just go to Start then Run and type "cmd" to get to a command 
prompt.  Then type this:  "net accounts /maxpwage:unlimited" and press enter.  I 
think that's the syntax, I'm not at my XP box now though so you might want to type 
"net accounts /?" to make sure.
