Wow. Lots of stuff loading from your run key. Lets see here...
First step: Export this key to a .reg file (backup, just incase you need to restore
it!)
Set the following to start in /belownormal priority:
Delltouch
QD Fast&Safe
Adaptec DirectCD
QuickTime Task
Monitr32
tkbelle.exe
mptbox
pdf factory
Logout, Login, Logout. Do this a few times to be sure. If the problem went away,
one at a time set them back to normal... (Until you find the culprit.)
If it didn't go away, restore your backup.reg file and try some of the other values...
My guess is that it is Delltouch. (This is the little process that runs for the hotkey
commands on the dell keyboard...)
