Hi Brad, I had similar probs installing my Epson C70 printer (USBcable), everything
went on my computer ok, but the thing wouldnt work when I tried to print out something.
Although my printer is only 6 months old, XP HE wouldnt recognise the USB on this
printer, I downloaded a patch from USBMAN but that didnt put it right. It is something
to do with the SiS 7001 usb chipset and XP HE. Im not saying this is the prob with
yours, but it might be as well to take this in to consideration, but Im sorry I dont
know what the solution is for your prob. Finaly got over mine by using a parallel
cable connection...............hoppy
