I have a question about Help! My application doesn't work with or crashes Windows:

I have a Set Up (InstallShield created) program provided by a software developer, it runs ok in win 98 and Me but I have a computer with XP and the Set Up simply doesn´t work, i mean the machine do nothing when you run the SetUp running under XP. It is urgent to me to solve the problem please help.
