I have a related problem.
(I can give you my original folder options, with all of the DDE strings if you want
to restore yours to the original zipfldr behaviour).
I wanted to open ear, rar and jar files. XP came with *.jar set up to execute a jar
file. I tried to replicate the *.zip settings and gave it an action of, say, view.
Now, when I try to "view" a jar file it wants me to confirm that I want to save it
- like it is a download. Open is greyed out and not an option.
Do I have to turn off the behaviour (with regsvr32) and install the old fashioned
winzip?
Thanks
Trevor
