My comp does the same thing. When go to look in the program files for example, the menu will be blank for a second and then fill in the folders and such. It's the same with all the sub menus. I have 392 megs of ram and a 1200 mhz Duron. So I don't think it's a performance issue. This is really buggin me and any help would be appreciated.
