use google to see if you can find that particular file, Use your WIN98 CD to see if you can find, I'd bet That file IS on your computer but it is probably within some other folder/file which is concealing your wanted file's location. I deal with this question a lot, the best I can say is try www.google.com to attempt to find first., then try your OS CD, then try to bypass this mssg. then I don't know but I may be able to ask someone who does
