DISK MANAGER WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO CHANGE THE DRIVE LETTER ASSIGNED TO THE BOOT PARTITION. If it were that easy he would not have posted his question here. I feel this entire stupid site has failed us BOTH. Windows XP installed on my machine choose to use drive letter F. Disk management in MMC WILL NOT ALLOW THIS TO BE CHANGED.
