My advice, don't use the method on the page here.  Much of the info is wrong for 
XP anyway (the icon is not in user.exe, for example).  

Download resource hacker.
http://www.users.on.net/johnson/resourcehacker/

Open explorer in reshack.  The "start" string is under string table, 37.

Save Explorer as, say, explorer.hak.  You'll have to start in Safe Mode with Command 
prompt to overwrite explorer.exe.  (Backup explorer.exe by copying or renaming it.)
