Go to RUN and type in: msconfig When that comes the screen comes up go to the
STARTUP
then UNCHECK any programs that you do not want to run at start up. Do not mess with
any of the registry items, etc.,
only the main programs which you do not want to start. It speeds up your system
tremendously at start up.
