Hi You need to delete (or rename) the %SystemRoot%\System32\CatRoot2 folder or it contents (but *not* CatRoot). You do this delete with e.g. Windows Explorer. %SystemRoot% is usually C:\Windows so that means that you should delete the directory (folder) C:\Windows\System32\CatRoot2.
