I have this problem and have found 1 solution. Format the Disc in InCD. Eject it.
Put it back in. Shows as 0k free. Open the Disc in Explorer and Under CD Writing
Tasks select Erase this CD-RW.
This allows me to use it. Dunno if its doing it properly. I might go back to DirectCD
