It sounds like you have plenty of Ram, VMM or vertual memory is set up for those 
who do not have enough or are accessing allot of programs ayt once.
It might be in your best interest after deactivating it completly to look into how 
much cache you system is running or getting a windows tweak package if the problem 
persists.
