Have you recently installed service pack 1? I had this same problem and after a
week I discoverd that you can not install service pack 1 over the installed program
Intel Application Accelerator. I uninstalled that program, resarted my machine then
re-installed it and the probelm was solved. Typical Microsoft crap....Good Luck
