I had to uninstall WinXP SP-1 Clear the registry of ANY reference to Ahead or Nero and INCD. Reinstall WinXP And then reinstall the older version of INCD (3.20). It works now after all that. Tech support at Nero is a joke. They don't reply to e-mail or answer the phone.
