Ok i finally fixed that same window problem with opening folders. But do any of
you wizards know
why opening folders or starting internet explorer takes 6-10 seconds on my computer
when it should be instantaneous. How come if I do it through StartMenu\Run or from
inside the folder that came up slow I run a program or load a subfolder and it still
loads nearly instantaneously? I have only McAfee SecurityCenter
hiding in my tray and even if i turn that off I still get this weird pause. I checked
my registry but to be honest i don't know what to look for.
