Hi, Simply right click on the desktop, and highlight (hold the cursor over) the first
option "Arrange Icons By" and then look at the resulting list to see if there is
a check next to "Lock Web Items on Desktop". If there is a check, left click on
this line to uncheck it. Hope this helps. Rob
