I am having a similiar problem... I recieved an email from asus tech support: Dear Customer, Thanks for choosing ASUS tek. Install Windows XP with ACPI enabled: During installation of WindowsXP, pressed F5 to choose the type of PC. (F5 can be pressed when install prompts to press F6 to install SCSI or RAID.) Then selected ACPI PC from the menu. Best Regards, ASUS Customer Service Center Shanghai Can someone tell me if this works? Several people have also told me to replace power supply.
