If disabling the service doesn't work, you try removing the program. 1. Start / Run 2. Then enter in the following string: RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove Bob Cerelli http://www.onecomputerguy.com
